Swinging back to the Sixties with a 1966 MK1 Mini & GT Classic Hire

Racing into 2020 quite literally, is Historic & Classic-car Hirer’s Guild member, GT Classic Hire. Tony Hunting, MD at GT Classic Hire will be behind the wheel and focussed on the chequered flag for the annual racing calendar with the Classic and Sports Car Club (CSCC).

The CSCC is a friendly racing club with an emphasis on great value for money and high driving standards. Members meet at 11 fixtures over the year, experiencing the best circuits in the UK and abroad.

Tony will be racing in the Swinging Sixties series in his own 1966 MK1 Mini, (pictured above). If all goes to plan, he will be racing in the three of the UK races and heading to Le Mans on the Bugatti circuit later in the year. 

Racing kicks off at Snetterton on 18 March and the season runs right through to the last fixture on 1 November at Mallory Park. For a day out watching cars of all ages, makes and models, this a fantastic fixture list to follow.  We wish Tony and the team the best of luck for the season.
